Refund Policy – Teeva Green
At Teeva Green, we deal in consumable food items (herbal teas), and hence, returns are generally not accepted due to safety and hygiene reasons.
🛑 Refund is applicable only if:
You receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product.
You raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at Teevacare@gmail.com with clear photos.
✅ Refund process:
Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
❌ No refund in cases of:
Change of mind after order dispatch.
Opened, used, or tampered products.
